Many of you iTunes users are out there wondering if we will see iTunes sync support restored to webOS handsets with the new webOS 1.3.1 build. Unfortunately for us this update does not restore the sync capabilities broken by Apple.

There is no word on whether or not Palm has thrown in the towel on this one but we certainly don’t believe so. If you simply cannot wait any longer to sync your Pre with iTunes we recommend you go right now and check out either iTunes Sync Agent or DoubleTwist. Both of these programs are worthy solutions to this ongoing power struggle between Apple and Palm.
