I have been wondering if anyone was having the same problem as me. I have been seeing the clock off by 1 hour and then 1/2 and it is irritating, especially as I have always trusted my cellphone time as the one that is always right! This is not minor because I also use my phone calendar to manage my events and send reminders. I need a fix fast!!!
This is a big enough problem with me to part with my beloved Pre...i cannot have time issues.

After the daylight savings switch, all of my all day recurring events were either on the wrong day, or became two day events or both. I've spent hours on the phone with Palm upper level tech support who told me I'm the only one having this problem, and that they are working on a fix. Still waiting.

I'm in New York and yes my pre has had very weird happenings, in addition to the Dec. 1 issue. It started last weekend. All of the holiday and anniversary events are showing up one day behind. Halloween shows up on Nov. 1, election day and veteran's day are also one day back, etc. Also, when I attempt to correct it, it reverts right back to the wrong date. Interesting to note; if I change the time zone from Eastern to Central or Pacific everything is correct, but when I change back to Eastern, they're once again wrong. I'm hoping there is an update fix for this. It's minor, but annoying. Very odd.
