Since Palm first announced the second handset to run the revolutionary new webOS, the Palm Pixi, we have only heard that it would be available “in time for the holidays.” Now apparently there are rumors of it launching on October 20^th.

So far many rumors relating to Palm have either been false or close but not completely accurate. BoyGeniousReport is stating that this source is new so we are unsure the credibility of this rumor but they believe that it “sounds right.”

What we are curious about now is the price point that they are setting on the Pixi. With the Pre’s price dropping so rapidly and the iPhone 3GS Priced where it is there isn’t a chance that you will have to fork over a very large amount of money to own one.
