Nothing is more exciting than being the first to discover an awesome leak that you’re pretty sure fellow enthusiasts will eat up and that is exactly what happened to WebOS lover go4craig when he used webOS Doctor to reset his phone. Instead of resetting it backwards it pulled a Marty McFly and went back… to the future – installing the unreleased version 1.2 to his Palm Pre!

Here are a few of the things it added:

• Account Information (paid apps?)
• “Select All” in browser’s edit menu
• GPS changes
• Improved Zoom
• Little tweaks here and there

Many others duplicated his Back2TheFuture WebOS newness but Palm has quickly patched the hack so you won’t be able to enjoy the upgrade any longer. Sowwy!
