Different people learn best using different methods and O’Reilly is offering an opportunity that WebOS Developers haven’t likely enjoyed yet – a Webcast. Hosted by Mitch Allen, author of the O’Reilly WebOS Development Book, the September 9th webcast will start at 10AM Pacific Time and be completely free to all.

The 60 minute Webcast will start out geared towards the newbier of devs, overviewing the basic WebOS app structure and then demonstrating the various development tools in action. More detailed information will be discussed as the webcast goes on and aspiring WebOS developers should be aware… this is a GREAT opportunity to jump right into mobile development on what will likely become one of the prominent mobile operating systems on the planet.

Unfortunately I would reschedule if I were O’Reilly… that is the same day and time that Apple is hosting an event to celebrate new product launches and improvements.
