Only Americans can currently enjoy all that is WebOS in the form of the Palm Pre. Canadians are currently drooling as the Palm Pre is destined to land on Bell Mobility at some point but the timing is uncertain. How about the rest of the world? A company called IRIS that sells smartphones in Romania is saying that the Palm Pre will land on its shelves in September… and being an authorized Apple retailer they’ll be landing right next to the iPhone!

The Pre is rumored to cost about $550 unsubsidized in Romania which is right on par with the Sprint Palm Pre cost. Whether or not this September Romanian release is true or not can’t be confirmed, but chances are if it lands in Romania in September that many other European countries will be getting it in that timeframe too.

So can we also assume Bell will get the Pre in July or August?
