This is kind of bizarre… Sprint published a Press Release dated June 16th that brags about the touchscreen, synergy and universal search of the Palm Pre among other things.

Palm Pre UI Makes Multi-tasking Simpler

They highlight the UI and multi-tasking features of the Pre as well as specialized Sprint content such as Navigation, TV and Nascar. We already knew this stuff… don’t we? Welcome to the twilight zone:

The Palm Pre phone will be available from Sprint on June 6 for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate with new two year agreement on an Everything Plan with data or Business Essentials with Messaging and Data plan.

Talk about milking the cow for all its got! Just thought this was simultaneously random and funny.
