WebOS and the Palm Pre approach the mobile environment in a MUCH different way than other phones and devices. Whereas the iPhone and even Android take some queues from our familiar habits of desktop and laptop computers on an extremely compact stage, Palm introduces new methods of interacting with your mobile device in the form of Cards and Gestures.

I won’t lie – there is DEFINITELY more a of a learning curve with the Palm Pre than other devices. If you expect to pick it up and just use it flawless right off the bat you won’t be happy. But of course, your patience will be rewarded as WebOS isn’t only unique and innovative but also fun and effective.
