We’ve seen some people do stupid things regarding this Palm Pre crave, but this ranks up there with the best dumbest of them. In an act designed to illustrate his new loyalties, an iPhone 1st Generation owner who just switched to the Palm Pre took a hammer and smashed the hell out of his former mobile companion:
Obviously money isn’t of issue here… so selling it isn’t a big deal. But how about donating the thing or giving it to someone who wants an iPhone?

That makes me ill, I have been laid off for 2 months, and it’s all I could do to scrap up enough money to buy the phone at best buy.
