I just got an Email, as I’m guessing all new Palm Pre owners did, suggesting I take a look at the “Help” section of the Palm Pre. I guess they are just covering their butts in case Sprint employees didn’t do their job in terms of customer service.

pre-gettingstarted

My experience with Sprint wasn’t amazing… with all that training I thought they would have a much more polished situation on hand. Employees seemed a bit clueless as to the sales process. I guess attention to details were overlooked… but more on that later.

I agree that the “Help” section is wonderful for the newbier of the newbs, but they should have included a physical, paper Palm Pre Manual. Afterall, if they have no clue how to use the phone, how are they even going to GET to the help section?

Unless Palm thinks I’m dumb and only sent this Email to me…

No email for me. And my sprint experience would have been better had I not had to fix their stupid phone number transfer machine. (I did get a free touchstone out of it!)

Friday, the sales people lie and said I coul not charge one to my account, but I guess after they had plenty, they would let you charge one to your account.
    I also got the e-mail.
I think the help in the phone is great and all the little videos.
I glad they did not have a paper manual.
