The first Palm Pre Commercial – titled “Flow” – which debuted June 3rd on Facebook:

How perfect is this advertisement in terms of embodying WebOS and the Pre? See those 1,000 Kung Fu students? Each of them – alone – needs to have tremendous skill and grace to perform their part of the routine. With each of these 1,000 students working smoothly and simultaneously in-the-background, they produce a singular and beautiful entity that seems to fit perfectly into the dreamlike landscape.

The underlying message is brilliantly clear, defined and accurate when analyzed. It doesn’t try too hard to be high-tech, cool or funny. It simply… flows with a sense of seamless existence.

I love this advertisement. If you watch it a few times and really think about it, the commercial is intensely articulate in a magnificiently simple way.
