A few Palm Pre fans across the United States have reported that they are receiving postcard marketing from Sprint abou the Palm Pre! That’s right ladies and gentlemen, with all the talk of Twitter and the Cloud, Sprint is taking it old school and hitting up your postbox – not your inbox – to get their marketing message across.
Here are two pieces of Palm Pre marketing received in the mail:

“I experienced something very strange and quite unexpected while watching Palm demonstrate the new OS: my iPhone suddenly felt old and played out.”
-Jon Stokes, Ars Technica“It’s packed with original ideas, such as the ability to flick between multiple applications with an interface Palm calls ‘cards’.”

I’ve been waiting a long time for Palm’s answer to the iPhone.
As a Treo user since its onset, I’m used to Internet access, GPS capability, synching with my Outlook and the rest of my PC. What new goodies are we looking at in the PRE? (I’ll be reading some related articles, thanks for posting them.)
Also, Do you know the tree to bark up to find out how to start making PRE apps?
Great post, thank you.
