It is the second one I have owned, the first one I had issues with so I had it replaced. The second one is now having problem and I have only had it for 6 months. The blackberry freezes up on me all the time to which I have to take the battery out just for it to work again, also i will charge it all night and a hour later the battery will die. This is also my second one since I had to replace it via insurance program available through Sprint. The replacement is far worse in the amout of "bugs" the system has. Since I have had this phone, there has been nothing but problems and glitches which plaugue the potential promise possible. In my search for an equal or just to have an I-phone, I had hoped that this might be the final solution. I was very wrong.
