Initially we’d been following all of the excitement over at PalmPre.org – our Unofficial Palm Pre fan site. It didn’t take long for us to realize that as awesome as the Palm Pre is, Palm WebOS will still continue to do amazing things well after it’s launch and even after the Pre has become old news. Afterall, Ed Colligan even stated that the Palm WebOS will be Palm’s Operating System for the next decade.

So as we embark on a decade of exciting Palm fannery (is that a word?), please excuse our first couple weeks of missed coverage as our short-term obsession with the Palm Pre gave way to our overall passion for what powers Palm’s new potential: Palm WebOS.
